These terms and conditions regulate the access, navigation and use of the website, as well as the hiring of services offered (track reserve for karting and motorcycling). The user, when accessing or hiring services through this website, expressly accepts the established conditions.

3. Access and registration on the Web

  • Access to the Web is free for over 16 years.

  • The hiring of services (track reserve) is allowed only for over 18 years, or minors with authorization from their legal representative.

  • To make a reservation, the user must register by facilitating veridic and updated data.

4. Services offered

Mir Racing Villena Circuit offers the possibility of reserving:

  • Tandas de karting.

  • Motorcycling Tandas.

  • Courses or events organized by the entity.

  • Training insurance.

The service is subject to track availability, established schedules and meteorological conditions.

5. Reserve conditions

  • Reservations must be made through the online form enabled on the Web.

  • To complete the reservation, total or partial payment is required (as indicated in each service).

  • Once the payment is processed, the user will receive a confirmation email. This document will be essential to access the contracted service.

6. Payment prices and methods

  • All prices include applicable taxes (VAT).

  • Published prices may be modified without prior notice, always respecting the rates in force when forming the reservation.

  • Admitted payment methods will be available on the web (bank card and bizum).

7. Cancellation Policy, Modifications and No Show

  • The user can cancel the reservation with Right to Refund whenever he does at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations between 48h and 24h before the reservation: a bonus for another date, no cash reimbursement.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or not presentations ("No Show"): You will not have the right to reimbursement or bonus.

  • The modification of the reservation will be subject to availability and must be requested with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

In case of suspension of the activity for extreme meteorological causes or security reasons other than the customer, new date or return of the payment paid will be offered.

8. Internal circuit rules

  • The use of the track requires compliance with all established security standards.

  • The use of helmet and approved protection equipment is mandatory.

  • Participation will be prohibited from people who show obvious signs of alcohol consumption or narcotic substances.

  • The staff of MIR RACING VILENA CIRCUIT may deny access or expel from the facilities to which the rules are breaking, without the right to reimbursement.

9. Risks and exemption of responsibility

The user expressly recognizes that:

  • The practice of karting and motorcycling implies inherent physical risks.

  • He participates voluntarily and under his own responsibility.

  • Exempt to Mir Racing Villena Circuit, to his employees and collaborators, of all liability for injuries, material or personal damages derived from the activity, except Dolo or Negligence.

  • Will be mandatory to sign a responsibility document before participating in the activity.

10. Civil liability insurance

MIR RACING VILENA CIRCUIT has a civil liability insurance in accordance with current legislation. The insurance exclusively covers the risks detailed in the policy; It does not cover accidents derived from the non-observance of the User's rules or imprudence.

11. Rights of withdrawal

According to European consumer regulations (except in specific date activities, such as your case), the right of withdrawal may not be applicable.
When you book a specific date for leisure activities, the client expressly waive to its right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

12. Intellectual property

All the contents of this website, including texts, images, logos, videos, graphic design and software, are owned by MIR RACING VILENA CIRCUIT or third-country licensors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorization is prohibited.

13. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any conflict, the parties submit to the courts and courts of Alicante, unless legal provision indicating another jurisdiction.
