Regulation Member Partner
1. Definition of partner
The motorcycle partner is a habitual user of the circuit that, through the payment of a monthly fee, acquires the right access right to the motorcycle track, always under the rules of organization and exploitation of the circuit.
Being a member does not imply track exclusivity or guaranteed continuity, but priority under normal operating conditions.
2. Fee and validity
• Monthly fee: € 150
• The quota is valid only for natural months (from day 1 to the last day of the month).
• High performed:
or day 1 to 14 → Complete fee (€ 150)
or from day 15 → Media monthly payment (€ 75)
No additional prorats are made for days.
3. Scope of the right of use
The partner has the right to:
• Access the motorcycle track without a daily ticket payment.
• Roll into the schedules available for motorcycles, prioritizing the valley hours.
• Share Track with other users according to the safety and organization criteria of the circuit.
4. Priority of use and track organization
Karting is a priority commercial activity of the circuit.
Therefore:
• At high demand hours of KARTS, the track can be organized so:
Or the use by motorcycle is temporarily interrupted.
o The continuity of filming of the partners is limited.
• The partner accepts that:
o The track priority is established according to the commercial exploitation of the day.
o The use of motorcycles will be carried out between karting tandas when necessary.
5. Exclusions of the service
The partner status does not include:
• Exclusive track reservation.
• Continuous filming guarantee.
• Priority on karting services, events or groups organized.
• Preferential access in private events, races or courses.
6. Standards of conduct and security
The partner must:
• Respect at all times the indications of circuit personnel.
• Circulate only in schedules and authorized areas.
• Use compulsory safety equipment.
• Maintain conduct respectful with other users and with the facilities.
Failure to comply with these rules may entail:
• Temporary suspension of track use.
• Cancellation of the partner's condition without Return Right.
7. Limitation of places
The circuit reserves the right to:
• Limit the number of active partners.
• Temporarily suspend new high if the track occupation requires it.
8. Modifications of the Regulation
The circuit may modify this Regulation when it deems it necessary for:
• Improve safety.
• Optimize the exploitation of the track.
• Adapt to operational or commercial changes.
The modifications will be communicated to the partners in advance.
9. Acceptance
The hiring of the membership fee involves the full acceptance of this Regulation.
